V-Flow Solutions have recently gained ISO9001:2008 approval.

To hold ISO9001 certification not only highlights to our customers and suppliers that we manage our business according to UKAS quality management standards but it is also a mile stone for our dedicated staff. 

We made the decision to work towards ISO9001 certification over 12 months prior, which meant that many of our working practices were to be analysed, documentation was to be standardised and new software was to be put in place to improve our efficiency.  It is never easy to make such changes but all staff members got on board and understood the importance of being certified.

ISO9001:2008 is geared towards improving efficiency and providing a better service to customers and this is exactly what we intend to do.  Already we have noticed the benefits and we are hoping that our customers will too.
