This assembly was produced for a client who manufacture
monitoring systems for the pharmaceutical industry.

It consists of a Comparato Diamant Pro 24v AC/DC actuator, a
mounting plate and a 3 way T-port ½” stainless steel ball valve.

The actuator features a 2 or 3 point electrical connection,
an IP67 enclosure, an operating speed of 12 seconds (90° turn) and an 11Nm torque
rating.

The mounting plate was specially produced to meet our
client’s specifications. It is made from 3mm aluminium plate and has been laser
cut to allow easy attachment to our client’s existing equipment.

The T-port stainless steel ball valve has PTFE/Viton seals,
screwed BSPT ports and is connected to the actuator through an ISO 5211 direct
mount. It has a working temperature range of -25°C to +200°C
and can be used with a maximum pressure of 82 bar.

The first batch of this assembly consisted of thirty units
all of which were assembled and function tested in our workshop before despatch
to our client.
