V-Flow Oversee Delivery of 17 Comparato Compact electric actuators fitted with 2˝ BSP 2 way full bore nickel plated brass ball valves.
Our client required a quality and reliable electrically actuated 2-way ball valve. These were to be incorporated into a diesel fuel supply system.
As the Comparato Compact range of electric actuators are manufactured to a high standard and come with a 3 Year Manufacturers Guarantee it was the ideal unit for the application.
The actuator features a twin motor design: Power to Open / Power to Close and can operate on supply voltages of 230V – 110V – 24V 50Hz & 12V-24V DC.
Standard operating Torque is 35Nm; Speed of operation is 90° in 50 seconds.
Features such as 2 Auxiliary Micro Switches to indicate open & closed position, Manual Override to allow manual operation of the actuator in the event of an electrical power failure or emergency all come as standard plus the actuator has an ISO 5211 multi-flange mounting platform that makes it a versatile unit capable of facilitating several valve designs.
As a result of this, V-Flow was able to oversee the delivery of 17 Comparato Compact electric actuators. These actuators were fitted with 2˝ BSP 2 way full bore nickel plated brass ball valves and fully function tested before despatch.
