V-Flow has always been very successful in the food and beverage market, providing specialist hygienic valves for automated or manual operation.
Recently V-Flow increased the already expansive range of hygienic valves, introducing an extensive new range of sanitary ball valves, butterfly valves, check valves and diaphragm valves.
V-Flow Range
Introducing V-Flow Solutions new range of Hygienic Stainless Steel body manually operated butterfly valves. All Hygienic butterfly valves can be provided as manually operated valves with levers or fully automated pneumatic valve packages.
V-Flow Solutions now offer a high-quality range of Hygienic stainless steel body 2/2 way manually operated ball valves. Available in sizes ranging from 1/2″ to 4″ to suit any sanitary application.
The V-Flow Solutions range of Hygienic stainless steel Diaphragm valves are available in a variety of sizes ranging from 1/2″ to 2″. This high-quality product is perfect for any sanitary application.
316L or 304 Stainless Steel are the materials used to manufacture the valves. Due to this, they are available with clamp, RJT and weld connections. Various seal materials are available including silicone, EPDM and PTFE.
The ball valves are completely cavity filled to avoid any risk of bacteria forming behind the ball. Unlike many other manufacturers, they feature an ISO mounting pad. This enables us to assemble the valve onto a suitable actuator from Comparato or Regada.
To add to the sanitary valve range, V-Flow are also able to provide all necessary sanitary pipe fittings. All made to the same high standards.
